HC 35, HC 22 and HC 30 are used in the process of thermal stamping.

HC35, HC30 or HC22, combined with nitriding treatment of the coating is suitable for high tolerance requirements, while the HC29 coating can be used for a tool with a low tolerance requirement.

Thermal extrusion die  Due to corrosion and high temperature, ferrous alloys and non - ferrous alloys used in the process of thermal extrusion must be subjected to high forming pressure, severe wear and adhesive wear. HC physical vapor deposition coating and chemical vapor deposition coating shows its high toughness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and thermal stability, and these properties can obviously improve the efficiency of tools uasge. HC chemical vapor deposition coating is usually applied to the tool with complex geometry and large aspect ratio.

HC 08, HC 10 or HC 29 coating is applied to the tool with low tolerance requirements, while the HC 35, HC 22 or HC 30 coating is applied to the thermal extrusion tools with high tolerance.

Thermal forging die  The tools used in the thermal forging process must be subjected to high pressure, severe abrasive wear and adhesive wear, and require severe thermal and environmental conditions. In addition, they have to withstand high levels of impact, thus maximizing tool performance becomes more challenging. HC physical vapor deposition coatings with high toughness, wear resistance, thermal stability and abrasion resistance, and these properties are precisely the ability to improve the efficiency of the use of tools and the quality of ferroalloy products.

Combined with the nitriding treatment of HC 22, HC 25 and HC 30 coating applied to the thermal forging tool.
