Plasma-enhanced reactive deposition of aluminum oxide on flexible materials such as BOPP and PET improves the barrier properties and long-term stability of packaging materials. The plasma reactive process significantly enhances the performance of the aluminum oxide layer, resulting in lower permeability values.

Compared to traditional reactive deposition, the plasma process offers substantial improvements, combining the lowest permeability values to further enhance the barrier performance and long-term stability of packaging materials.
