This machine is specifically developed for high-vacuum metallization of automotive lighting components, such as headlights and taillights.

Featuring a dual-door vertical chamber with two rotating substrate holders per door, the system allows for simultaneous loading and coating, greatly enhancing throughput and production efficiency.

Equipped with a high-rate thermal aluminum evaporator and a high-performance PECVD unit, the HCAL series ensures excellent adhesion, high reflectivity, and long-term durability of the aluminum layer. The integrated siloxane protective topcoat delivers superior corrosion resistance and surface stability.

What useful features are included?

The equipment forms reflective and decorative metal layers through sputtering and thermal evaporation for lighting, and applies a corrosion-resistant surface using plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD).

Additional capabilities include color coatings using reactive magnetron sputtering, transparent layers with wipe-resistant and lotus-effect, and multi-layer stacks for automotive mirrors and high-reflectance silver coatings.

This machine integrates key functions such as high-pressure ion bombardment, aluminum plating, and super-hard protective SiO film deposition—all in one vacuum process. The SiO layer enhances corrosion resistance and maintains long-term aluminum reflectivity. 

It is suitable for coating automotive, train, motorcycle, truck, electric vehicle, bus, military, racing, bicycle, and school lamps, meeting national standards and passing acid, alkali, and salt spray tests. A computer-controlled system ensures stable performance, consistent coating quality, and high production efficiency by minimizing human error.
