With the continuous innovation of the process development of vacuum coating machine, the design of hard film is also developing towards the direction of diversification and multi film. Nowadays, vacuum coating machines are indispensable in all walks of life. The application industries are different, and the equipment styles are different. There are hundreds of vacuum coating machines on the market, such as magnetron sputtering coating machines, optical vacuum coating machines, ion vacuum coating machines, winding vacuum coating machines, etc., but their starting steps are the same. The following is a summary of vacuum knitting for detailed introduction:

(1) Check whether the operation control switches of the ion vacuum coating machine are in the "off" position.
(2) Turn on the main power switch and power on the ion vacuum coating machine.
(3) Low pressure valve pulled out. Open the air charging valve. After no sound of air flow is heard, start the bell jar valve to raise the bell jar.
(4) Install the fixed tungsten spiral heater. Fix PVDF film and aluminum cover plate on the rotating disc. Put the aluminum wire into the spiral heater. Clean all parts in the bell housing to ensure that there are no impurities and dirt.
(5) Lower the bell jar.
(6) Start the vacuum pumping mechanical pump of the ion vacuum coating machine.
(7) Turn on the power supply of composite vacuum gauge (model of composite vacuum gauge: Fzh-1A).
(8) Ion coating machine When the pointer in the low vacuum gauge "2" moves clockwise to 6.7Pa again, the low pressure valve is pushed in.
(9) The ion vacuum coating machine turns on the cooling water, starts the diffusion pump, and heats for 40min.
(10) Low pressure valve pulled out. Repeat the ⑦ action procedure for the vertical single door coater once: turn the lower left knob "1" to the measurement position of section 2. The pointer in the low vacuum gauge "2" moves clockwise. When the pointer moves to 6.7Pa, open the high pressure valve.
