First, the problem of improving winding speed. The winding speed is the linear speed of the strip substrate movement, which is a major technical index of the winding mechanism. The winding speed of the early domestic coating machine is only 10m/min, and now it is only 80m/min~120m/min. Among the EW series products in Japan, the winding speed has reached 300m/min, and the coating machine produced by German L.H Company has reached 600m/min. It can be seen that with the development of coating technology, the winding speed needs to be improved.
Second, the linear velocity of ribbon substrate is constant. This problem is also important, because only when the winding mechanism ensures that the linear speed of the ribbon substrate is constant, can the coating thickness on the substrate be uniform. This is particularly important for the preparation of functional films of ribbon substrates, such as capacitor films.
Third: the problem of belt substrate deviation and pleating. With the increase of winding speed, the ribbon substrate will wrinkle and deflect during the process of winding and coating, which will cause the substrate to break in serious cases, causing production interruption, affecting production efficiency and wasting materials. Therefore, this problem should be fully considered in the design of the winding mechanism.
As you know, the vacuum pumping system of the coiling coater is divided into two groups: the upper chamber and the lower chamber. The lower chamber is the evaporation chamber, which requires a high vacuum degree. Most of the main pumps are oil diffusion pumps. The upper chamber is the base material winding chamber, which is required to have a low vacuum. It is a Roots pump unit or a diffusion pump Roots pump mechanical pump unit.
