Due to the different temperature resistance of different materials, there are great differences in coating process. For example, copper alloy can be coated at 180 ℃ and zinc alloy can withstand 140 ℃. Over temperature phenomenon is easy to occur during one-time coating, resulting in poor foaming of electroplating layer. The temperature resistance of plastic parts is only 60 ℃.
