Antireflection glass (AR glass) is formed by coating multilayer nano optical materials on the glass surface by vacuum reactive sputtering based on the principle of optical thin film interference, so as to improve the glass transmittance and reduce the surface reflectivity. It is mainly used to display product protection screen, such as 3D TV, tablet computer, mobile phone panel, media advertising machine, educational machine, camera, medical equipment and military display equipment.

Features: high strength protection LCD screen, flat and no frame fashion aesthetic feeling, no aging, easy to clean, high penetration rate can improve the picture clarity and transparent texture, ultra-low reflection can reduce the fatigue of environmental light reflection on the eyes, and has high-definition optical performance to moisten the eyes.

AR glass process flow:

Note: in order to keep the flatness of glass intact, semi tempered ar glass is the best choice

AR glass features:
1. The highest visible light transmittance is 99%, and the average visible light transmittance is more than 95%, which greatly improves the original brightness of LCD and PDP and reduces energy consumption.
2. The average reflectivity is less than 4%, and the minimum value is less than 0.5%, which effectively weakens the defect of white image caused by strong light behind, and enjoys clearer image quality.
3. The color is more gorgeous and the contrast is stronger, which makes the image color contrast stronger and the scenery clearer.
4. UV resistant, effective protection of eyes, UV spectral area transmittance is greatly reduced, can effectively prevent the damage of UV to the eyes.
5. Ar glass with high temperature resistance > 500 ℃ (acrylic can only withstand 80 ℃)
6. The hardness of AR glass film is equivalent to that of glass, more than 7h (the hardness of PC board is about 2H to 3H).
7. It can resist cleaning with various cleaning agents, wipe with acid and alkali cleaning agent, and the film will not be damaged.
8. The impact resistance of glass with thickness of 3 mm is equivalent to 6 mm acrylic.
9. Maintain the angle of view. After acrylic is installed, the angle of view will be smaller; after AR glass is installed, the angle of view will not be smaller.
10. The surface flatness of AR glass is much better than that of coated acrylic, and the larger the size, the more obvious the difference.
11. The hot and cold deformation of AR glass can be neglected, and it is suitable for all kinds of environment. At the same time, the AR glass has the glass feeling and the appearance is more beautiful
