Cu, Au, Ag, Al, NiCr, Mo and other metal electrode films were deposited on the substrate surface by magnetron sputtering technology. In order to improve the display quality (fine color and high-speed response), ITO and metal film with low resistance value were combined to fabricate back electrode in CIGS.
